System Design
Electrical Schematics
Electrical Schematic Drawings can be produced in-house to a customers specification/design brief. Also, old hand-drawn schematics can be redrawn electronically.
The latest symbology is used, and drawing objects such as relay coils and contacts are fully cross-referenced.
Drawings can be submitted on paper and in various electronic formats including .DWG .DXF .DWF
Layout Drawings
Mechanical layout drawings such as panel and backplate layouts are fully drawn to scale and to a high standard.
Software
PLC and HMI software can be written to a customers FDS, or to our interpretation of their requirements.
Scada Systems
We undertake development of Scada systems on APC to give full plant control and monitoring (Realtime and Historical)
AC & DC Drives
AC & DC drives can be set up, either to suit individual projects or as a group of drives in a follower or synchronised system, for example.
